What’s the date, time, and location of your wedding? Why this spot and this date? Is there a family tie, a special vibe, or was “the food was bomb”?

Be honest: what was the very first thought you had about your partner? Did anything funny, awkward, or unexpected happen on your first date?
How long have you been together? What’s been your biggest adventure or favorite memory so far?
What’s your favorite thing to do together on an average day? What hobbies, shows, routines, or traditions are very “this is us”?
Do you share an inside joke, silly nickname, or running gag? What’s one quirky thing about your partner that you secretly love?
Walk me through proposal day. Where were you, what happened, and what was going through your head? Any nerves, surprises, or funny bloopers?
Is there anything you absolutely must have or definitely do not want in the ceremony?
Do you want to honor or remember anyone during the ceremony?
Will anyone be performing, reading, or surprising us during the ceremony?
Describe your partner in five words. Then, if you had to introduce them to a room full of strangers in one sentence, what would you say?
What vibe do you want for your vows? Heartfelt, funny, quick and simple, custom-written, etc.?
Are there any family, cultural, religious, or personal traditions you want included?
How would you like to be introduced at the end of the ceremony?
Is there anything else about your relationship, your families, or your story that the Master in Ceremony should know before writing your ceremony?
Are there any special entrances, escorts, family roles, or traditions Mic should know about for the ceremony? Please spell the name phonetically.
Remember: your partner should complete their own questionnaire separately. The fun is in seeing where your stories match…and where they absolutely do not. 😂
